Following action will be taken on corrupted peoples under the Anti corruption act 1988.

1) Enquiry of Property

Enquiry regarding possession of assets disproportionate to known sources of income of public servant can be undertaken only if specific details of the assets of the public servant are provided. Complainant need not disclose his/her identity if so desired. Action is taken on specific information regarding assets such as House/Flat/Bungalow/ Commercial establishment/Agricultural land /vehicle, etc. In complaint Complainant must mention the details of the city and address of that property.

2) Bribe Trap

The Complainant/Victim will have to come to the ACB office in person and participate in the trap operation to be carried out by the ACB. cpmplaintant must mention Nature of Transaction/Business/Work with the Public Servant/Purpose/Motive for demand of Bribe/Quantum of Bribe demanded. The Amount of Bribe is handover to the complaintant after six months.

3) Improper use of Post

If any Public Servent uses his power for corruption then the enquiry is raised by the department. If you have any complaints on Central, State Government Departments, State Government undertakings, Municipal bodies of Maharashtra, Elected Representatives of Maharashtra and any other department or organization funded by the Government of Maharashtra.
